This page has information that is relevant to only stallholders and food vendors.
We are keen to encourage new applicants each year but like to control the number of each type of stall and select only the very best.
Please be aware that if you haven’t been invited to be a stallholder you will need to be assessed for suitability. We would suggest emailing or contacting us on Facebook in the first instance and attaching as much information and imagery as possible please.
We have again an extensive publicity campaign together with a whole raft of media coverage including local radio, press and social media which will ensure a packed crowd on the day. We are unusual in that we will help you unload and load your car or van on the day making your arrival and set up as easy as possible.
August has been decided on again as it proved to capture a far greater footfall, the many holiday makers that visit the area at this time of year as well as our usual local trade.
Our pitches will be sold on a first come first served basis, the earlier you apply the more you are assured of maximum coverage and featured on the website and social media.
A pitch is 4m x 4m, uncovered and on flat grass. For craft fair stallholders your flat fee of only £25.00 is payable alongside your application, we then request a minimum donation of 10% of your takings on the day. Catering pitches are the same size and cost £80 and the same donation request applies. Exhibitors will need to provide their own gazebos if required, together with any necessary furniture. Free parking for your vehicle is available after unloading on a private car park nearby.
Every penny taken by us on this day will go to East Anglian Air Ambulance, our nominated charity.
